Summer Breeze

The summers in Texas are brutal and they seem to start earlier and earlier each year. I can't imagine living in a home without air conditioning, but having a unit that doesn't work properly is even worse. This happened to us last year, when we forgot to schedule our annual maintenance, and come spring time, our AC was non functional. We tried everything to get it fixed on our own, but finally had to call a technician. Because we had waited so long, they told us it would be a week before someone could come out and examine our unit! We will never let that happen again.
