Help! Need Help!

I own a small coffee shop and recently was robbed by the manager of my store. As you can image I was completely shocked and horrified. You hire people and help them grow in their careers and they turn out to be stealing money from you. Since the theft was only a couple hundred dollars, the cops aren’t really taking the situation seriously (or as serious as I’d like). I immediately called building maintenance experts in Houston TX to change the locks on all the entrances and put a report in with the police. Aside from that apparently there isn’t much I can do! 

Brand Name

When I was hiring someone to install my heating and AC unit, I needed them to use trane parts. I don’t mean to sound like a snob, but without knowing the name and the quality of the parts that these professionals are using how are we supposed to know their longevity.  It is an expensive endeavor to install an entire heating or AC unit in your home and without knowing the brand name and the type of parts being used, you may be throwing money down the drain as you are going to need to replace these parts dozens of times within your unit’s lifetime.  Who wants to throw money at a problem without it being resolved? I’d rather know the quality of the parts that the company I hire are using rather than continually investing in repairs, wouldn’t you?

Heating Repair… Again

I found heating repair in Lincoln NE pretty easily after my heater broke for the billionth time. When I moved into my home, I knew it was a little bit older and I would need to perform a little bit of maintenance or upkeep, but I had no idea that my heater was going to break this many times! I have only been living here four years and every year without fail, my heater has broken when the temperatures are threateningly below freezing. This year, when someone came to fix my heater, I asked them about the warranty on a new heater and I wanted to know what the chances were that this would break again. They were extremely knowledgeable and I felt comfortable enough to continue to go back to them in the future which is hard to say about a company in this day and age.

Suburban Below Freezing!

I was in desperate need to find someone to do a heating repair in Summit NJ. When snowpocalypse hit a few years ago, everything shut down in Summit NJ… including my heat. I needed someone to fix my heat quickly as we feared another storm was coming or that this snow would block us in for at least a week! Unfortunately at that point, no one from any heating company could come out to fix my furnace so I learned to be more prepared. I check my heat and my air conditioning on their off months as to make sure that they are working properly. I don’t need another malfunction at a time of disaster!

If I Wouldn’t Have Checked

You always hear about air conditioning not working in the summer. But no one even bothers to check these things in the winter months which could be the reason why they have to brave the heat in the summer. Even in Massachusetts it gets hot over the summer and on the worst summer day, no one wants to get caught without air conditioning because we all know fans aren’t doing much! I checked my air conditioning in the winter months and realized that I had no cold air blowing out of ANY vent in my home. Thank goodness I checked! They always tell people to check in advance for repairs, but do we ever really do it? Not usually. Now, I’ve learned my lesson after having to install new air conditioning in Worcester MA.

Broken Air Conditioning - No Fun!

Trying to sleep in hot weather with a broken air conditioner is no fun! Last week my air conditioner broke, luckily the air conditioningrepair in Birmingham AL! is top notch. My A/C was only down and out for a few hours. The reliable air conditioning repairman had my A/C up and running again in no time!

Polar Vortex Round 2

The weather has been crazy lately. With the Polar Vortex leaving most of the US freezing, you can only imagine how shocked I was when a few days later we were in the 60s and 70s again. I know I’m not the only one who thinks the weather fluctuating so much is crazy. My AC thinks so too. At least it must because it decided to stop working somewhere between 20 degrees and 70 degrees.  I called a local AC Repair expert in Atlanta GA and they helped get my AC unit back on track.
