First Name Basis

My family uses our air conditioning Port Orange, FL a lot. So much, in fact, that I’m on a first-name basis with everyone at the HVAC company that we use. Just the other day I called them to discuss air conditioning repair options, as I didn’t quite know what was wrong with our unit. They came out to diagnose the problem and provided me with some repair options that would keep our air conditioning running for years to come. As soon as they left, my daughters came home from school and cranked up the air conditioning, insisting it was too hot in the house. Good thing I’m on that first-name basis with the HVAC crew.
