Next Steps to Troubleshooting a Heater That Doesn't Blow Hot Air

You may have read our last blog post about the first steps for fixing a broken heater. But what should you check next?

If you have a furnace, check to make sure the pilot light is still ignited. While that's not the most common problem with furnaces, it is one you can easily test for by yourself. Heat pumps that that have no defrost settings or are older might start to get covered in ice. Check it for too much frost and brush it away. Any other malfunctions will need to be inspected by a professional Atlanta GA heating technician if your heater isn't working at all.
